Coconut Lovers rejoice .....it is officially Irish potato Season.  This traditional Philadelphia confection that, despite its name, is not from Ireland, and does not contain any potato. 

Made with our homemade coconut cream with added shredded coconut these soft round coconut balls are rolled in cinnamon, cocoa powder and confectioners' sugar.  When completed the appearance is reminiscent of small potatoes.
